JUTE FABRIC

The fabric are made from jute fiber is called “jute hessian cloth” and burlap in US. The word hessian derived from the term “hesse” which is uniform for German soldiers. Traditionally jute hessian cloth is used for making sack bags and sandbags. Due to changing trend its been used for making fashion apparels and accessories.

There have two qualities of hessian cloth/Jute fabric are available.One of is Plain hessian cloth & another one Dyed hessian cloth. 

Usage:

• Plain hessian cloth is used for nurseries & Tobacco Packing; back up material of Hessian bag. This  item also can be used as inexpensive floor mat & building constructions too.

• Dyed Hessian Cloths are the back up material of diversified jute products like , purse, wallet, jewelry bag, file shopping bag, vanity bag, school bag & many more.

a) Hessian cloth 40"-7oz/40", 9X8 porter and shots, plain, 2000 yards per iron bound bale. Loading: 1X20'FCL=42 bales.

b) Hessian cloth 40"-10oz/40", 11X12 porter and shots, plain, 2000 yards per iron bound bale. Loading: 1X20'FCL=32 bales.

c) Hessian cloth 45"-9oz/45", 9X10 porter and shots, plain, 1000 yards per iron bound bales. Loading: 1X20'FCL=60 bales.
